Accepting a Conversation

  1. From the Chat Request Monitor check to see if there are any pending conversation requests.

  2. Conversation Requests

  3. To accept a conversation click on "ACCEPT". A chat window will open for both you and the visitor.

  4. If you wish to reject a conversation, click on "busy". The conversation request will be passed on to the next available agent, or, if no agents are available the visitor will be given the opportunity to send their question in an email.
