Logging In

Login to Operator Home Pages

  1. To login as an Operator (Agent) for the Online Chat program visit:
    http://www.oliver-and-associates.com/live/web/oliver/
    You can also find this URL linked in the footer of the Oliver home page.

  2. Login Screen

  3. Enter your login details.

  4. If you wish to have your UserID saved for the next time you visit this page then check off the box beside "Remember my ID on this computer".

  5. Click on the "Login as Operator" button.

  6. If your Login and password are correct you should hear the sound of a telephone ringing and will see a message indicating that your account is being accessed.


  7. You will then be taken to the home page for the Operator. Throughout this document this area you logged into is called the Operator Home Pages.

Login to Chat Request Monitor

  1. Once logged into the Operator Home Pages, click on the "Launch Chat Request Monitor Window" button

  2. Launch Chat Request Monitor Window
