Access The Preferences Menu

  1. Click on the "Preferences" link from the menu at the top of any page

Setting The Console Timeout

The Chat Request Window will automatically close after sitting idle in "Offline" mode for a specified number of minutes.
  1. Enter the desired number of minutes the Chat Request Monitor should remain open while sitting idle in "Offline" mode into the text box.

  2. Click on the "Update Auto-close Time" button to save the new timeout value.

    3. Select Console Timeout

  3. If the timeout change was successful you should see a message at the top of the page:

Choosing The Admin Chat Theme

  1. Click the box beside the theme you wish to use

    2. Select Theme

  2. Click "Okay" to change your theme or "Cancel" to cancel the operation.

    3. Confirm Select Theme

  3. To preview a theme, click on the theme's name

Changing Your Password

  1. Enter your current password into the first text field.

  2. Enter your new password in the second text field, and the third text field.

  3. Click the "Update Password" button to save your new password.
