Viewing Transcripts

Access Your Transcripts From The Operator's Home Pages

  1. From the Operator's Home Pages make sure you are on the "home" page:

  3. Choose the department for which you'd like to see your transcripts:

  4. Choose Department

  5. Once you have selected your department a list of transactions will appear:

  6. List of Transcripts

  7. Click on the view icon beside the transcript you wish to view.

  8. View

Access A Visitor's Transcripts From The Chat Window

  1. From the chat window click on the "Transcripts" tab. All transcripts listed here are for that visitor's IP address. The transcript may have been recorded by a different operator.

  3. Click on the transcript you wish to view.

Viewing A Transcript

  1. At the top of the window the transcript details are listed:

  3. If you scroll down you will see the text of the transcript:

  5. To email the transcript to yourself or someone else, enter the email address in the "Email To" field, enter a message in the "Message" box (optional), and click on the "Email Transcript" button.

  6. To print the transcript, click on the "Print Transcript" button.

Searching For A Transcript

  1. From the Operator's Home Pages, select the department for which you'd like to search for a transcript under.

  2. Choose Department

  3. Enter the text you would like to search for in the text box beside the "Search" button. The search will search through the contents of each transcript and return the transcripts that contain the word or words you searched for.

  4. Enter Your Search

  5. Click on the "Search" button to start your search.

  6. Click on the transcript from the returned results that you would like to review. If there are too many returned results try narrowing your search by adding more keywords that you recall from the conversation.

  7. Search Results

  8. Click on the "Reset" link to clear your search results and bring up all transcripts from the selected department.
