One of the advantages of the World Wide Web is its dynamic nature. If you decide to post new pictures, promote a sale, or update any kind of information on your web site, the changes will be effective immediately around the globe. With print media the changes would need to be reprinted and redistributed all over again, and every original copy that is already out there would portray erroneous or outdated information.

You want your web site to be fresh and offer some new content in order to encourage repeat visitors and let the search engines know that your web site is active. However, you may not have the time or know-how to maintain a web site. That's why I offer web site maintenance solutions so that you can focus on doing what you do best: running your business, hobby, etc. This service is available whether your site is hosted with JKA or another hosting company.

• I update my own backup copy of your web page for increased security
• Fast turnaround time: Updates are generally done within 3-4 days. That's calendar days, not business days. Your website doesn't shut down shop on the weekend or overnight, so I work inside and outside of normal business hours for you (excluding holidays)
• In the unfortunate case of erroneous data being posted onto your website at my fault, corrections are made free of charge
• "Maintenance" is keeping your website current. Examples include updating links, changing text, swapping images, and other minor changes. It is not intended to be a redesign or renovation
• I reserve the right to differentiate between "updates" and "new design".
• Service blocks expire fifteen months after purchase
